Creative by all accounts, Steve Bates started his art career at the age of 14 with a weekly cartoon strip in a local Chicago newspaper. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University, For the last 20 years Steve has created images for thousands of clients throughout the United States; including; The Marriott Corporation, Best Western, Delta Gas, Allstate Insurance, The University of Kentucky, Host Communications, Eppic Films, Former President Bill Clinton, First Lady Laura Bush, Oklahoma State basketball coach Travis Ford, former Kentucky coach Tubby Smith, Entertainers including ZZ Top, Harry Connick Jr., Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Chicago among others. It was a strong desire to create images that have a lasting impact that lead Steve to make the jump to motion pictures and television. Since that decision, he has Executive produced the acclaimed Sixthman Movie as well as producing the tv show Chasin Crazy for Great American Country. In 2012, he collaborated with Louis Police and Bo Allen to form RELYENT Entertainment Group. In conjunction with his partners, and utilizing strong relationships within the industry, Steve has plans to advance RELYENT Entertainment Group into a successful and influential company in the milieu of new media.
